What we handle
Our escrow officers, title examiners, processors and attorneys close residential purchases, refinances, new construction, commercial deals and investor transactions.
We search and examine title as soon as the contract arrives, so liens, judgments and defects are cleared before they hold up closing. We issue owner’s and lender’s policies in standard, homeowner’s and extended coverage. Our escrow team holds the earnest money, orders payoffs, handles prorations and runs the signing and recording. For commercial clients and investors we handle 1031 exchanges, assignments and multi-parcel deals.
